A co-creation exercise involving a cross-section of the firm from senior levels to junior.
We were tasked to help determine the future of the firm’s flagship digital media product known as Morning Mail.
What we did
We conducted user research and discovery. From this two clear needs-based personas emerged from the research, those that were well served by the current product and those that were not engaged at all.
Through a process of co-creation with a cross section of employees at the firm we were able to create the insights and develop ideas that would meet the needs of both groups. The best fit resulted in Evans & Partners making valuable additions to the current product and prototyping a new version for the second group.
What Was The Outcome
We saved the organisation money by focusing on solving the ‘right’ problem, making changes where they needed to be made. If we hadn't gone through this process then the product would have been built right but would have missed the mark
- Built a test case and early prototype for the new product to serve a new customer segment
