About Olga Cuesta:
Olga is currently the Head of Customer Experience and Design at Medibank, a position she has held since April 2017. Prior to this role, she was Human Centred Design practice manager at NAB Labs.
Olga Cuesta is passionate about the people side of innovation and on top of her in-house experience, she brings an impressive list of qualifications including an MBA from the London Business School, a Degree from London School of Economics and Political Science. She’s an NLP Practitioner, an Agile scrum master, and has studied Design Thinking for Innovation at the University of Virginia.
