Jasmine Smith from Swisse on her models for developing people, challenging old modes of leadership
Welcome to the Naked Ambition Podcast. Where we speak with the people who are making an impact in tech, innovation and leadership all around the world.
Jasmine Smith, Director, People and Culture, at Swisse Wellness, is a passionate people development professional who has extensive experience in leading and developing engaged and high performing teams. Over her years of working with many innovative and successful brands (Lush Handmade Cosmetics, Mecca Cosmetica, T2 Tea), Jasmine has learnt that people are always an organisation’s most powerful differentiator. Extensive responsibility for teams across commercial and support functions has given her practical experience and insights into what enables people to flourish rather than merely function. Inspired by positive psychology and behaviour science, Jasmine has developed a ‘whole person’ approach that recognises that to truly thrive we need to be connected to our personal values and purpose, look after our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and embrace our potential for growth and change. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Behavioural Science from La Trobe University, has completed Asialink Leaders professional development program at University of Melbourne.
